Noto Suoneto is an International Political Economy professional specializing in global governance, regional cooperation, and strategic engagement with international stakeholders. His work focuses on fostering dialogue between government, business, and policy communities to advance Indonesia’s role in the global economy, alongside initiatives that promote foreign policy awareness and international affairs discourse in Southeast Asia.


Noto is currently VP for International Affairs and Operations at the Indonesian Business Council (IBC), where he coordinates international partnerships and diplomatic engagement and serves as Program Director of the council's flagship Indonesia Economic Summit (IES) 2025 and 2026. He is also Founder of Foreign Policy Talks (FPT), the Southeast Asian Society of Foreign Affairs (SASFA), and Lalu Langkah, and Co-Founder of the Jakarta Foreign Policy Analyst Circle (JFPAC) and the Chinese-Indonesian Youth Discussion Club (CIYDC).


Noto holds a Master of International Political Economy from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of International Relations from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta. He has held senior roles across Indonesia's major regional and multilateral platforms, including Program Director of the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) 2023, Program Director of the B20 Summit Indonesia 2022, Head of the International Affairs Office at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Co-Lead of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Indonesia Secretariat, International Affairs Manager for the B20 Indonesia Chairmanship, and Director for Special Projects and Institutional Relations at the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia. He has been recognised as a Chevening Scholar, a Yenching Symposium Scholar at Peking University, an Ambassador of Indonesian Youth Diplomacy, and was named Best Delegate at the Model Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) in Singapore.
