Founder

Noto Suoneto is the VP for International Affairs and Operations at the Indonesian Business Council and Program Director of the Indonesia Economic Summit 2025. He has managed Indonesia’s G20, B20, and ASEAN Chairmanship events, and is the founder of Foreign Policy Talks and the Southeast Asian Society of Foreign Affairs. His commentaries appear in outlets such as The Diplomat, The Jakarta Post, and Nikkei Asia.

Genevieve Donnellon-May is a non-resident Vasey Fellow at the Pacific Forum, a Research Fellow at the Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies, a Fellow at the Indo-Pacific Studies Center and a non-resident fellow at the Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP). She is also a Researcher at Oxford Global Society, Advisory Board of Modern Diplomacy, and is a Pacific Forum Young Leader. She holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and a BA (Hons.) from the University of Melbourne.

He has held analytical roles at Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Defence Institute, the Ministry of Finance, and the Indonesian Fintech Association, and he currently serves as an Investment Analyst for a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm.

Tomy Waskitho is a Research Associate (concurrently serving as Executive Secretary to the President) at the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA). Rajeshwari Mohan Lakhwani is a globally recognized Youth Policy Strategist and Geopolitical Scholar who specializes in securing Global South supply chains and optimizing resource governance. As an Official Global Ambassador for the International Organization of Youth (IOY) and a lead contributor to the UN Major Group for Children and Youth (UN MGCY), she bridges high-level policy advocacy with practical implementation. Nationally, she is a principal architect of Indonesia’s Net-Zero Youth Summit (NZYS), driving youth-led decarbonization policy to support the nation's 2060 net-zero mandates.

Venus is a Public Administration graduate from the University of the Philippines Diliman with professional experience in international research, public diplomacy, and regional policy. She has contributed to projects involving diaspora studies, youth engagement, and bilateral relations through her work with academic institutions, government agencies, and international organizations across ASEAN+3 and the United Kingdom. Her research interests include public policy, migration, and peace & security.

Michael Tomasoa is a Research Associate at the Indonesian Business Council, contributing to Foreign Policy Talks on urban development, international political economy, and Asia-Pacific geopolitics. His research examines how infrastructure and spatial policy intersect with foreign policy and investment flows. He holds a Master’s in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.

Her work reflects a wider commitment to inclusive economic development, regional cooperation and meaningful youth participation in economic and foreign-policy dialogue.
