Noto Suoneto
Founder
Noto Suoneto is the VP for International Affairs and Operations at the Indonesian Business Council and Program Director of the Indonesia Economic Summit 2025. He has managed Indonesia’s G20, B20, and ASEAN Chairmanship events, and is the founder of Foreign Policy Talks and the Southeast Asian Society of Foreign Affairs. His commentaries appear in outlets such as The Diplomat, The Jakarta Post, and Nikkei Asia.

Felix Patrick
Policy and Research Director
Felix is a Project Officer at the Indonesian Business Council (IBC), a leading business-led policy think tank in Indonesia. Detail- and results-oriented, his life motto is simple: to understand how the world works. He brings experience in research and media, having previously worked as a researcher at an energy think tank and in television broadcasting, where he was assigned to the Southeast Asia and Business Desk

Dewa Ayu Putu Eva Wishanti is a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Brawijaya, Malang. She holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Leeds and works on foreign aid and international development. She has managed grants on global water and sanitation in partnership with ANU, Smeru Institute, Pacivis, Doctrine UK, Water@Leeds, and Indonesian development partners.

Alvin Ernesto is an External Economic Relations Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat, where his main role is to support ASEAN’s trade and economic relations with its dialogue partners. He also serves as a faculty member in the International Relations Department at BINUS University, Jakarta. His professional and academic interests focus on diplomacy, geopolitics, global trade, and the intersection of technology and foreign policy.

She is also a Researcher at Oxford Global Society, serves on the advisory board of Modern Diplomacy, and is a Pacific Forum Young Leader.
